Damn, I’m sipping an espresso with an espresso makers from Bialetti that now and I can not stop laughing. You always “make-a you ‘ave extra Gomme” (rubber seals). Growing up in Parkdale on Jameson Avenue in Toronto, I remember my dad put a nail in the wall in the kitchen just to the bloody extra rubber gaskets for the Bialetti coffee hang. They would melt and make a heck of a stench with an unattended coffee boiling away over high heat on the burner! “Make a smell, oh my God …!”
